I love Spoonflower, they have 22 fabrics and 2 kinds of wallpaper plus gift wrap. They are based in the USA. Just be aware of import duty liability when ordering.

I haven't ordered samples of these, as they don't require you to order swatches before allowing sales like spoonflower do, so I recommend you order a swatch before ordering a larger amount
