Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Doris & Fred you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

Doris & Fred own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Doris & Fred website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Doris & Fred you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.

 

Products

please check your personalised text when ordering, any spelling, grammar errors must be check for by the customer. Any errors noticed after printing and arrival of goods will not be refunded/exchanged.

 

Customer Logos and artwork

Doris & Fred  accepts artwork/logos in jpeg, ai, eps or pdf format.

Doris & Fred  does not accept artwork/logo in Word, Excel or PowerPoint format

 all logos and artwork must be your own work or you must own the copyright  for them.

I can not use images found on the internet or that belong to someone else.

 

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, you may pay with your PayPal account or with a card on their secure system.

Or you can pay with a card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards) via the shopify payments system

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Doris & Fred. Doris & Fred must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Doris & Fred will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Doris & Fred’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Shipping

Doris & Fred posts all UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for or regular 1st class mail.

It is Royal Mail’s policy to return your item to the sorting office or leave with a neighbour if you are not home to accept your delivery and/or it will not fit through your letter box. 

A red card will be left in these cases.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Doris & Fred as soon as possible, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days has passed.

The customer is responsible for paying any import fees in their own country

 

Returns 

Due to all our items being personalised and made to order, we can not accept returns unless the item is damaged, faulty or not fit for purpose.

Or we at Doris & Fred have made a mistake.

please contact us via email at dorisandfred@gmail.com as soon as possible to rectify the situation

please include photos of any errors.

and return the original order using the format at the end of the document

 

 

 

Returning Bespoke/Personalised Items:

bespoke or personalised items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Doris & Fred In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Doris & Fred
